In this phase, we will update the website design, handle the short-term security and usability issues: Updating the theme and outdated plugins, media library cleanup, update SEO keyword and descriptions for all pages, mobile optimization.
• Update the look and feel of the website (2 design iterations)
• Replace current theme with premium theme, optimized for mobile
• Update select plugins to bring the website into security compliance
• Disable and uninstall plugins that are completely unsupported
• Investigate any plugins needing to be replaced and, if necessary, find up-to-date and suitable replacements
• Install and configure any replacement plugins
• Update pages with meta descriptions
• Optimize images for web
• Purchase of premium theme is included
